Job Description
We are looking for new colleagues for our finance organization at our location in Friedrichshafen Germany.
What you can look forward to as Guarantee Specialist (f/m/d):
- Administration of Guarantees Suretys and Letter of Credits
- Issuing and Amending of Bank and GroupGuarantees
- Review and assess national and international warranties advise on contract negotiations
- Contact for partner banks for TradeFinancepurposes; negotiate Bank Fees and Contract Details
- Review country issues and risk assessment
- Monitor and Control Guaranteelines and Letter of Credit business: availability pricing and feasibility
- Report and monitor Guarantees worldwide monitor due dates return of Guarantees e.g. release of liability
- Review and process warranty draws (demands or extendorpay)
- Control and administer fee statements; including intercompany invoicing; passing on of bank fees and calculation of fees for group guarantees in compliance with tax law requirements (transfer pricing)
Your Profile as Guarantee Specialist (f/m/d):
- Experience and Degree in Finance
- Education and workexperience in TreasuryTopics especially with Trade Finance
- Finance and Accounting Skills
- Legally secure on warrantytopics and their special features
- Skills in Foreign Trade Finance Purposes
- Confident in business discussions and negotiations
- English and German required
