What You will be responsible for:
- Aid the lead technician with installs maintainingand repairing heating ventilation and cooling units for commercial/industrialclients. Diagnose and repair of electronic mechanical and electrical components of these systems
- Wear floor savers and use drop cloths while in the clients business. Maintain a neat and organized work area.
- Assist the lead technician in rechecking each aspect of an install before leaving the job to prevent unnecessary callbacks.
- Travel to job sites in service area and work with dispatch to ensure the schedule is maintained and delays are properly communicated to customer
- Be available to work nights or weekends as needed to service emergency needs of our customers
- Participate in company provided training opportunities on the latest industry technology
- Identify report and educate client on potential opportunities for additional business (newer system service contracts and additional services)
- Come in every day eager to learn and develop new skills

Qualifications and Skills:
- Be able to learn by observation and handson experience
- Follow routine verbal and written instruction
- Have effective communication skills with coworkers management and customers
- Be open to learning new things and applying them quickly
- Must be able to background/MVR screening drug test and physical fitness test
- Must be willing to work afterhours and occasional weekends and holidays
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to perform regular manual labor
- Basic computer skills
- Completion of an accredited HVAC program preferred
- At least 1 year of HVAC experience highly preferred
- EPA Certification preferred
