We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operational Readiness and Manufacturing Planner to join our team in Switzerland.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding of operational readiness planning and coordination process improvement and regulatory submission processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Readiness Planning and Coordination: Develop and implement comprehensive operational readiness plans to ensure smooth transitions from project phases to fullscale production.
- Resource Planning: Manage resource planning and tracking across multiple teams and projects leveraging data to support insightful decision making on how to best position key resources.
- Process Improvement: Experienced in identifying opportunities for process improvements and implement PPI (Process Performance Improvement) initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA): Support planning of CAPA processes and key deliverables to address and prevent quality issues ensuring compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
- Process Performance Qualification (PPQ): Support planning of PPQ activities to validate manufacturing processes and ensure consistent product quality.
- Regulatory Submission Process: Coordinate and support the planning of regulatory submissions ensuring all documentation meets regulatory standards and timelines.
Qualifications :
- Technical Expertise: Strong technical understanding of operational readiness planning process improvement PPI CAPA GMP PPQ and the regulatory submission process. P6 Planning experience highly desirable but training and support can be provided.
- Experience: Proven experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills to identify and address operational challenges.
- Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
- Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance in all activities.
