Title: Audience Data Platform Manager

Role: As an Audience Data Platform Manager youll work closely with our Senior Audience Platform Manager focusing on our core customer engagement platforms. Youll play a key role in driving personalisation capabilities for our iconic brands delivering meaningful tailored experiences in a dynamic customercentric environment. As an expert in audience platforms youll configure and deliver innovative business solutions using both established and emerging technologies ensuring the right audience is connected with the right experiences to enhance engagement and impact.


Day to Day You Will:

  • Platform Management: Take ownership of the endtoend operation of audience data platforms such as Adobe Campaign Classic v8 Sailthru and One Signal ensuring optimisation to support business objectives.

  • Campaign : Collaborate directly with brand teams to implement personalised communications and datadriven programmes. Integrate new data sources into campaign platforms to enhance CRM personalisation efforts.

  • Data Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of data quality and integrity across systems by implementing best practices and conducting regular audits.

  • Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor audience platform performance troubleshoot issues and provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimisation and improvement.

  • System Configuration: Manage and configure critical platform elements including security groups SSL certificates application keys and new functionality integrations ensuring platforms remain secure and uptodate.

  • CrossTeam Collaboration: Work closely with brand teams to promote best practices in campaign management and maximise the value of audience platform capabilities.


What We Are Looking For In You:

  • Platform Specialist: Deep expertise in Adobe Campaign Classic with the confidence to leverage its full potential. Familiarity with platforms such as Sailthru One Signal Big Query and CDP systems is a bonus.

  • Effective Communicator: Skilled at translating complex technical concepts into clear actionable insights for nontechnical stakeholders ensuring alignment across teams.

  • Audience Programme Architect: Proven experience in building and executing audience automation and growth programmes across multiple digital channels.

  • Creative ProblemSolver: Thrives in dynamic environments embracing ambiguity and demonstrating initiative with innovative ideas to maximise platform capabilities and achieve business goals.

  • Organised and Reliable: Adept at managing priorities multitasking and meeting tight deadlines in a fastpaced setting while maintaining high standards of delivery.
