Who we are looking for:
A Smart Technician provides technical and network problem resolution to customers by performing a question diagnosis while guiding users through stepbystep solutions. Solutions include but are not limited to equipment/device triage verifying proper hardware and software setup power cycling equipment assisting with navigating around application menus resolving username and password problems uninstalling/reinstalling basic software applications and troubleshooting email issues. Support will be provided by clearly communicating technical solutions in a userfriendly professional manner.

- Device Diagnostics and Repair Quickly and accurately identify issues with smart phones and tablets
performing repairs such as screen replacements battery swaps and software troubleshooting. - Customer Interaction Engage with customers in a friendly and approachable manner explaining
technical issues and repair processes in an easytounderstand way. Gather customer information and
determine the issue by evaluating and analyzing the symptoms and data Document customer
complaints and process proper trouble ticket reports and escalate as necessary - Sales Support Assist the sales team by providing technical insights and recommendations. This
engagement is not limited to technical knowledge and may include assisting retail sales with an influx
and overflow of customers. - Inventory Management Keep track of repair parts and tools ensuring the workstation is well organized
and stocked. - Tech Enthusiasm Stay up to date with the latest mobile technology trends and cuttingedge service
and advice. - Redirect problems to appropriate resource
- Follow up and make scheduled call backs to customers where necessary
- Complete training requirements to learn new skills and processes grow knowledge of systems and
develop proficiency on company values organizational requirements and competencies needed for the
role - Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned
Candidates must show:
- Ability to promote the Company culture and mission to all employees vendors clients and business partners
- Technical skills possess an understanding of technologies used in service delivery; constantly strives to increase technical knowledge through training tools and research
- Communication
- Oral Presentation skills is comfortable with delivering briefings and reports to colleagues conduct training sessions and any other tasks related to speaking in front of an audience
- Strong organization skills with an ability to prioritize and plan work activities uses time efficiently organizes or schedules other people and their tasks in a fastpaced environment; must be detailoriented and accurate in work
- Attendance/Punctuality is consistently at work and on time for scheduled shift and department or customer scheduled meetings. Ensures work responsibilities are covered when absent.
- Decisionmaking makes sound well informed factbased decisions and seeks guidance when needed.
Heres what you need to have:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent/GED
- Excellent listening and communication skills customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to
convey technical information to both technical and nontechnical audience - Excellent problemsolving and multitasking skills
- Skills with an emphasis on ISP and wireless related technologies including data delivery methods is
preferred but not required - A working knowledge of Windows Mac iOS and Android operating systems basic computer
networking and MS Office products preferred - Flexibility to work any shift including nights weekends and holidays
- Regular consistent and punctual attendance
- Work in other locations as the needs of the business as required
- Wear a uniform or company apparel as required
- Must wear headset at all times to handle all customers over the phone
- Skills in interpreting and using data
- Overtime work as approved
