Due to our continued expansion we are now looking to recruit a Planning Associate for either our Bishops Stortford or London office with a good technical background commercial awareness and between 3 5 years PQE.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing Commercial Property Team who are friendly energetic and dynamic and committed to achieving excellence. We act for land promoters developers (including small medium and large regional housebuilders) and property investors requiring planning advice on strategic acquisitions statutory agreements and the planning aspects of property due diligence and you would work as an integral part of the Commercial Property Team.

You will have a general planning law background and be commercially aware have good client care skills an eye for detail and knowledge of document and case management systems. You will be expected to run your own caseload but also be an interactive team member.
