BASIC FUNCTION : Develop and deliver instructional lectures for Agriculture courses up to 10 hours/week Organize and teach all levels of Welding classes Use appropriate teaching methods to facilitate student learning; Teach day evening and/or weekend teaching assignments which may include distance learning (interactive television online) and accelerated courses; Assess Student Learning Outcomes every semester; Participate in department division and collegewide initiatives and committees if desired
Required Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS : The minimum qualifications for disciplines on this list are any bachelors degree or higher and two years of professional experience or any associate degree and six years of professional experience. Any associates degree and six years of experience OR Any bachelors degree and two years of experience OR The equivalent OR Possess a California Community College life credential in the subject matter area Professional experience is required when the applicant possesses a masters degree. The professional experience required must be directly related to the faculty members teaching assignment. OR the equivalent.
