Job Description
Support the ESG team in implementing and enhancing sustainability strategies in alignment with regulatory frameworks such asCSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive)and sustainability assessment methodologies likeEcoVadis and Footprint Calculation.
Please note that this in an unpaid internship intended for students currently enrolled in a university program (or similar) as part of their academic curriculum.
We are looking for amotivated and proactive ESG Internto support our team in analyzing sustainability data conducting ESG assessments and ensuring compliance with evolving regulatory and stakeholder expectations. The intern will be involved indata collection reporting benchmarking and supporting key ESG projects.
Key Responsibilities
Support in ESG Reporting & CSRD Compliance:
- Assist in collecting analyzing and structuringnonfinancial datafor CSRDaligned reporting.
- Help draft sustainability reports disclosures and presentations.
EcoVadis & ESG Ratings:
- Assist inEcoVadis assessments and sustainability ratingsimprovement initiatives.
- Benchmark company performance against peers and suggest action plans.
Footprint Calculation & Climate Strategy:
- Support in calculating thecarbon footprint (Scope 1 2 & 3and sustainability impact metrics.
- Assist in preparingclimate strategy roadmapsin line with SBTi and EU Taxonomy.
Stakeholder Engagement & ESG Benchmarking:
- Collaborate withinternal teams (BI team Finance HR Procurement Operations) to gather ESG data.
- Researchindustry best practicesand contribute to sustainable business model improvements.

- External:ESG rating agencies (EcoVadis) regulatory bodies industry sustainability associations
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in aMasters or Bachelors programin Sustainability Business Environmental Science Engineering Finance Law or related fields.
- Strong interest incorporate sustainability ESG frameworks and regulatory compliance.
- Basic understanding ofCSRD materiality analysis carbon footprint calculation and ESG ratings.
- Stronganalytical and research skillswith the ability to interpret(complex) ESG data.
- Proficiency inExcel PowerPoint and ESG data visualization toolsis a plus.
- Fluent inEnglish(French or Dutch is an advantage).
- Ability towork independently and collaboratively handling multiple tasks and deadlines.
