The VA Certifying Official is responsible for all militaryaffiliated benefits processing and related customer service in the Financial Aid Department. This position serves as a liaison between students and the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) the Department of Defense (DOD) and other government agencies as appropriate. This position will work to ensure timely and compliant processing of student files and serve as a military aid expert available to students and colleagues within Enrollment Management.
