Job Description
Develop implement and support application customizations and approved changes.
Managed and troubleshoot application interfaces system errors and support cases.
Configure test and deploy patches and upgrades in collaboration with the Application Team.
Coordinate with IT Infrastructure and vendors to ensure optimal system performance.
Participate in application management meetings and handle change requests across environments.
Qualifications :
Strong team player with excellent communication skills and experience in virtual teams.
Proficient in PL/SQL (knowledge of GIT beneficial) and basics in development risk management.
Proven experience in application support and IT projects within dynamic environments.
Fast learner with strong problemsolving skills customer focus and ability to work independently.
Educational background in computer science or related field; fluent in English German is a plus.
