Are you passionate about sports events and marketing Volleyball South Australia (VSA) is looking for a dynamic and creative Events and Marketing Manager to lead our marketing and events portfolio. This role is central to elevating our brand visibility and driving the success of volleyball in South Australia.

Broad Purpose
The Events and Marketing Manager will play a key role in the growth brand visibility and success of Volleyball SA by developing and implementing comprehensive marketing and communication strategies. This role will manage major events venues and community programs ensuring a consistent and engaging representation of the VSA brand.
Position Environment
Volleyball SA (VSA) is the leading organisation for volleyball in South Australia. We are dedicated to developing the sport at all levels from training juniors to highlevel competitions. As a nonprofit organisation all funds generated are reinvested into the sport.
Reports to:
Head of Operations (HOO)
Core Responsibilities include:
Marketing and Communications
Develop and maintain frameworks to build VSAs profile as the peak body of volleyball in South Australia.
Manage the marketing advertising events and promotional calendar.
Ensure all marketing and communications activities reflect the VSA brand.
Oversee digital content and communication across platforms.
Work with the CEO on the marketing and communications strategy.
Monitor and implement emerging trends in digital and marketing communications.
Major Events
Lead the delivery of largescale events including Super League Adelaide Storm Home Games SA Volleyball League Finals SA Beach Volleyball Open and End of Season Awards.
Manage event expenses within budgets.
Handle invitations relationships and event logistics.
Stay updated on event trends and activities especially in the sports industry.
