Air Liquide Engineering & Construction builds the Groups production units (mainly air gas separation and hydrogen production units) and provides external customers with efficient sustainable customized technology and process solutions. How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW
Your responsibilities
- Performs design tasks for Instrumentation for Electrolysis technology;
- Prepares Instrument List Data Sheets for Instruments Valves Analysers;
- Prepares Wiring drawings (junction box arrangement loop drawings);
- Prepares Layout drawing (cable trays instruments);
- Prepares Hookups and Material Takeoff;
- Coordinates of Package Units interfaces to other discipline client and vendors;
- Verification of project documentation with respect to its completeness and accordance with standards branch regulations and contract requirements;
- Participates in inspections for instruments valves and analysers;
- Supervises the erection work;
- Further Development into Design Authority/TCL Expert;
- Potential midterm development for other positions as e.g. Project Engineer
- Engineering Manager Project Manager.
Reporting line & localisation:
- The Product Instrumentation Engineer reports to the respective Head of Electrolysis department part of Electrolysis Product Unit
- This role is located in Krakow Poland and requires business trips and delegations abroad.
Are you a MATCH
Competencies and Profile:
Must already be legally eligible to work in Poland;
Masters degree in Instrumentation;
More than 3 years of experience with lead engineer competency;
Ability to work independently on the preparation of proposals and of projects for instrumentation for domestic and international projects;
Proficient in English (both spoken and written);
Knowledge of Functional Safety of Programmable Electronic System and Safety Instrumented System for Process Industry in acc. to IEC 61508 and 61511 standards would be appreciated;
Computer skills knowledge of applications such as MS Office ACAD use Smart Plant Instrumentation SmatPlant 3D would be appreciated;
Eager to work in a multicultural team willing to travel short and long term 36 months) to other engineering centers and contruction sites worldwide;
High interpersonal skills.
