Job Description
Lead the endtoend design management process for largescale projects across various sectors (e.g. commercial mixeduse infrastructure hospitality).
Serve as the main point of contact between design teams clients consultants and contractors ensuring alignment of vision goals and deliverables.
Oversee and coordinate internal and external design resources ensuring cohesive design output and adherence to project timelines and milestones.
Develop and manage design schedules design scopes budgets and risk registers.
Ensure design documentation is delivered to the highest standards meets compliance and aligns with planning and regulatory requirements.
Facilitate design reviews and approval processes with all stakeholders.
Work closely with project management construction and cost consultants to ensure design intent is preserved during implementation.
Guide value engineering and design optimization processes without compromising quality or vision.
Mentor junior team members and contribute to the continuous improvement of design management practices.
Qualifications :
Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture.
Minimum 15 years of experience in design management with a focus on largescale complex projects.
Strong knowledge of the design and construction process from feasibility to delivery.
Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
Exceptional organizational negotiation and communication skills.
Deep understanding of local and international building codes sustainability standards and regulatory frameworks.
