About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Commodities Data Analyst Intern to join the Euronext Commodities team in Paris. Our small multicultural team based across Amsterdam and Paris is dedicated to developing hedging and investment derivatives for the agricultural sector and beyond. As an intern you will support the teams analysis of key performance metrics automate internal processes and optimize data workflows to drive the performance and growth of our franchise.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and analyze performance indicators (e.g. volumes open interest member engagement functionalities).
Maintain and improve relevant datasets by collecting cleaning and updating data using Python and SQL.
Automate processes and presentations to enhance efficiency and reporting.
Profile & Requirements
Currently enrolled in a Master 1 / Bac4 (or equivalent) program in Business or Engineering.
Strong interest in commodities markets.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel with pivot tables and lookup functions PowerPoint).
Solid knowledge of Python (including Pandas Matplotlib) and SQL.
Familiarity with Dataiku is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (French & English at professional proficiency C1 level or native).
Strong organizational skills attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
