Job Description

At Bell we craft highquality flavor and fragrance solutions that bring products to life. As a Regulatory Coordinator youll play a critical role in ensuring our products meet local national and international regulations while supporting both internal teams and external customers.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and assign regulatory tasks ensuring timely responses to requests.
- Oversee and monitor the regulatory inbox directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.
- Handle customer portal requests and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
- Maintain and update NonDisclosure Agreements (NDAs) in collaboration with the Legal team.
- Prepare review and maintain critical regulatory documentation including Safety Data Sheets (SDS) allergen declarations ingredient statements and certifications.
- Organize and maintain regulatory databases for compliance documents.
- Support the Sales and Marketing teams with regulatory information for product launches.
- Assist in supplier document requests for raw material projects.
Qualifications:
- Associate or bachelors degree preferred.
- 2 years in regulatory affairs preferably in flavor fragrance or food manufacturing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) and regulatory software.
- Experience with thirdparty certifications (Kosher Halal NonGMO Organic) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail analytical mindset and excellent communication skills.
