Job Description

Job Summary:

Waits on Bar guests. Responsibilities include cleaning and restocking.

MONDAY THROUGH THURSDAY 510PM

Responsibilities:

Present the check. When payment is offered return change and receipt to guest.

Basic knowledge of menu prices and composition.

Empty clean and refill items as your side work duties describe.

Maintain a clean uniform and person.

Certified in Serving Alcohol with Care or similar program.

Knowledge of fire alarm system and evacuation procedures.

Be flexible and adaptable to the changes that will occur to your job

All duties must be carried out in a safe manner.

Employee must treat everyone with dignity and respect.

Keep confidential the business functions of the company including but not limited to financial status customer/guest information employees issues etc.

Qualifications:

Highly organized.
Must be able to work the majority of the shift in a standing position constantly moving and able to lift 30 pounds.
Strong Guest Service Skills
Must have attention to detail and be customer service oriented.
Ability to communicate satisfactorily with guests management and coworkers.
