SALARY:27227.20 per annum

HOURS:40 hours per week

LOCATION:BS16 1QY & BS16 1DD across both sites

Cleaning Site Supervisor

Purpose of the role:

We regularly have exciting opportunities to join the Facilities Management division of Bristol Waste Company as a Site Supervisor Cleaning Operative.

With a keen eye for detail youll take pride in your work as you maintain the cleanliness of the buildings through various cleaning duties. Training will be provided to become proficient in appropriate cleaning methods such as the use of cleaning equipment and best cleaning practices following health & safety and use of personal protective equipment which is provided.

Due to the nature of the role youll regularly carry out physical activities which would includesweeping and mopping floors wiping surfaces vacuuming using cleaning chemicals moving furniture emptying bins general tidying of kitchen areas toilets showers corridors meeting rooms breakout areas staircases and reception areas.

A driving License will be required for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Completes regular site cleaning audits
  • Carry out cleaning duties as requested
  • Checking stock levels of cleaning consumables and equipment
  • Ensure cleaning operatives are working safely and productive
  • Reporting to line manager any health and safety or non compliance issues

Essential Requirements for the Role:

  • 1year supervisory experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Driving Licence required
