Junior Recruitment Consultant
Location: Knaresborough North Yorkshire
Salary:OTE 45000
Hours: Fulltime Monday to Thursday (including 2 late shifts) fully officebased

Responsibilities
- Managing a warm desk with existing clients and candidates while supporting business development
- Conducting factfinding calls to understand client and candidate needs
- Building and maintaining longterm relationships with clients and candidates
- Conducting telephone interviews and shortlisting candidates
- Assisting in LinkedIn sourcing projects to identify and engage top talent
- Writing and advertising job ads to attract highquality candidates
- Keeping the candidate database up to date and ensuring accurate records
Requirements
- Open to experience this role is perfect for someone looking to start a career in recruitment
- A salesdriven and motivated mindset with a passion for building relationships
- Strong communication and people skills
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach to work
- A driving licence and access to a vehicle (due to office location)
