Product Compliance is a support function supporting all product types on all markets.As a line manager within Product Compliance you will play a critical role in ensuring Husqvarna Forest & Garden compliance with product legislation. You and your team will do that by monitoring new legislation and influencing product compliance requirements. You and your team will also interpret communicate and support implementation of new and existing legislation both in products being developed and products already placed on the market.

Responsibilities

As a line manager within the Product Compliance department you will oversee and support the teams operational work while executing all line manager responsibilities. You will be an integral part of the Husqvarna Forest & Garden Product Compliance management team collaborating closely with other managers and teams. Additionally you will be involved in Husqvarna Groups product compliance networks supporting the Product Compliance strategy in achieving yearly targets. You will drive process development with a focus on efficient product compliance management take responsibility for specific Product Compliance processes and ensure deliverables are met. You will also be partly operational in product compliance work alongside your team members.

Who are you

• Proven experience as a line manager or team leader ready to lead with confidence
• A Bachelors or Masters degree in engineering
• Experience of product development.
• Fluency in English both verbal and written; Swedish is a bonus
• Expertise in product compliance quality management or product certification making you a valuable asset to our team
• Experience and interest in process development always seeking ways to improve and innovate

• Strong cooperation and communication skills ensuring seamless collaboration
• Sharp analytical skills with the ability to absorb complex information investigate technical and regulatory publications and communicate necessary actions and impacts effectively

Location:The position is located at our office in Huskvarna with the possibility to a hybrid working model of maximum 50.
