JobProfile:
Looking after casting production heat treatment production planning inventory management & manpower management.
Organize the work cells to achieve maximum output improve efficiency.
Impart on the job training to newly joined team members.
Responsible for Production activities along with materials maintenance and product quality.
To determine causes on nonconformity noticed and implement corrective actions to avoid recurrence in consultation crossfunctional team.
Identify and implement kanban pokayoke mechanisms for error proofing.
Achievements
Successfully reduced casting rejection of 5 by process improvement and on the job training to the handson job.
Increased productivity by selfinvolvement and motivating the workforce
Working on development projects.
Handling all production related documents.
