Requirements:
- Genuine Empathy: Demonstrate a sincere compassion for animals and their owners understanding the emotional challenges they face during emergencies.
- Effective Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively and empathetically with clients ensuring they are informed and supported through difficult decisions.
- Versatility in Case Management: Ability to handle a wide range of cases with composure and professionalism whether surgical medical or critical care.
- Background in Emergency Medicine: While not required a background in emergency medicine is beneficial. We are willing to train candidates who exhibit the right skills and attitude.
- Team Player: Capable of collaborating effectively within a team environment as well as working autonomously when necessary.
- Shift Work: Flexibility to work varied shifts including nights weekends and holidays to provide roundtheclock care for our patients.
