Since 2020 our team has more than tripled. We are looking for new team members to join us as we pursue our ambitious goals. You are:

• Someone who has never uttered the words thats not in my job description and understands that it takes many hands to make light work. You like working as part of a team and are willing to jump in or accept support as needed to ensure business goals are met and exceeded. You see something and you chase it. You probably like to check off your todo lists and set ambitious goals for yourself.

• Someone who is happy to share praise and know that when the team looks good you look good. You work well with others and are happy to lead or follow depending on the situation. You act without ego and believe many hands make light work.

• Someone who has already started to adapt to a green future whether thats adopting a flexitarian diet switching to active transport or an EV when possible or reducing some of the packaging and single use plastics in your home. You believe in climate change and have taken steps to minimize your impact on the environment.

• Someone who does not accept the status quo. You are looking for new or innovative ways to tackle familiar problems and likely consider yourself an early adopter. Youre not afraid of change in fact you are someone who likes to try new things.

• Someone who values clear concise communication. You may not be an extrovert but you like to connect with people or connect people who you think might have things in common. You may do that from behind a computer or be the life of a party; either way you understand the value of networks and community.
