We have an opportunity for a Junior IT Coordinator to deliver a professional support service locally to our office in Szczecin. The role will support the end users including with but not limited to hardware local applications operating systems and other IT owned devices. Being proactive outgoing and passionate about creating the best experience for our employees. Our Junior IT coordinators strive for service excellence innovate our services and capitalize on new technology. What you will work on:
End User Training identify needs arrange trainings and liaise with IT Communication and Training manager through online and physical training courses
Local Contracts follow up with local vendor identify needs and renewal cycle liaise with BA&VM
Ensure local support to applications network management server management order fulfilment IT governance and security
Local Deskside Support as well as assist 1st Line support team if or when act as a 2nd. Line identify recurring issues/ problems and automation opportunities and report to IT Support Delivery Manager
Monitor user satisfaction scores identify improvement potential
Ensure all incidents and requests registered in the global helpdesk system are handled according to GBS SLA/GSM principles and guidelines
Who you will work with:
The Junior IT Coordinator will report to the IT Manager but is part of a global shared service organization and will work in close cooperation with numerous global and local teams and stakeholders. Joining a diverse and dynamic team spread across Europe the Nordics and Americas different backgrounds and specialties that you will cooperate with and learn from.
What we are looking for:
Strong written and spoken English and Polish with the ability to understand and clearly explain ITrelated topics
Eagerness to learn and grow as an IT Coordinator in a global company within the maritime industry
Customeroriented mindset and strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams
Proactive approach to problemsolving
A university degree in IT Business Administration or relevant experience in a similar role (preferred)
Category B driving license (nice to have)
