About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and detailoriented Senior Project Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with extensive project management and technical expertise in codes construction methods detailing and constructability. Youll lead the charge in managing production teams overseeing QA/QC processes and ensuring the delivery of highquality architectural projects in sectors such as commercial senior living hospitality multifamily residential and mixeduse.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage production teams to develop complete permit and construction documentation sets.
- Oversee project workflows coordinate with consulting engineers and ensure rigorous QA/QC standards.
- Provide authoritative technical guidance in design documentation and construction administration activities.
- Manage multiple medium and largescale projects balancing budgets schedules and client relationships.
- Collaborate with Principals and internal teams including Marketing Accounting Quality Assurance and Technical Services.
- Mentor project managers and other team members to foster professional growth and high performance.
- Execute all phases of the architectural process from Programming through Contract Administration.
- Maintain effective communication with clients consultants and team members to ensure project success.
- Use project management tools to monitor labor billing collections and project profitability.
- Conduct field visits review submittals respond to RFIs and provide technical oversight during construction administration.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree (or higher) in Architecture from an accredited program.
- 15 years of progressively responsible experience in architectural practice.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Project Manager.
- Licensed Architect with NCARB certification.
- Proficiency in Revit with experience in Smartsheet and Microsoft Office.
- Comprehensive knowledge of construction documentation standards and best practices.
- Proven expertise in managing all phases of architectural design and construction processes.
- Strong leadership and decisionmaking skills with the ability to mentor and guide multidisciplinary teams.
