About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Content Specialist to join a dynamic team. In this role you will be instrumental in crafting publishing and managing topnotch content for our customerfacing channels including websites and email communications. You will have experience collaborating with UX product and technical teams to codesign usable and functional content and you will champion our brands tone of voice ensuring clarity accessibility and consistency across all content. By leveraging data insights and SEO best practices you will optimise content to enhance discoverability and engagement contributing to our organisational goals.

Your collaboration with crossfunctional teams will be essential to align content strategies and oversee email deployments ensuring seamless communication with our audience.

About You:

• Experience working with UX designers product teams and developers to codesign content that supports the user journey.
• Proven experience in content management systems and publishing web content.
• Familiar with web accessibility standards (e.g. WCAG) to ensure inclusive content.
• Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for tone of voice and editorial consistency.
• Experience in leveraging data and insights to refine content strategies and enhance user experience.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles including keyword research and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics).
• Experience in content design writing or creation preferably in a digital environment.
• Bachelors degree in Communications Marketing Journalism or related field.
