Coordination des activits RUN de lquipe
Coordination avec les quipes BUILD
Suivi du backlog
Suivi des quipes
Suivi des KPI
Faire remonter les alertes
Amlioration processus / exprience utilisateur
Test
Environnement technique (Stack) :
RPA / BAW / Power Platforms / ITIL
Qualifications :
Profil recherch :
Profil technico fonctionnel de minimum 5 ans dexpriences
Comptences techniques sur RPA ou Power Platforms
Comptences en support
Certification ITIL est un plus
Anglais recommand
