Job Description
YOUR MISSION
Key Objectives:
- Drive Repeat purchase through activation of relevant customer segments.
- Development of Offer Management Engine and using intelligence to map customer profiles
- Identifying customer insights and use them to design and drive marketing campaigns product launch store openings and promotional events.
- Brand/Store/Regional Activation through common promotional touch points and identifying special days throughout the year for planning campaigns.
- Development and driving adoption of reporting framework for performance marketing
- Coordinating with various departments to develop and execute campaigns for driving engagement among existing customers
- Ensuring data driven decision making for marketing campaigns and events.
YOUR TALENT
Qualifications and Functional Competencies
- Bachelors Degree in Technology B.Tech
- 3 years experience in eCommerce/Retail industry.
- Prior experience in CRM tools like Emarsys and CleverTap would be required.
- Proven analytical prowess in solving business problems using advanced Excel and basic SQL queries.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI) is a plus.
- Excellent problemsolving communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet deadlines.
