These positions are located inSpringfield VA.All positions require an active/currentTS/SCI securityclearanceand be willing and able to pass an additionalpolygraphas needed.
As anBusiness Process Analyst specific responsibilities include but are not limited to: Duties:
Examine testing processes and workflows to establish methods to improve or automate workflows.
Facilitating process workshops and documenting information found using process maps and business requirement documents.
Serve as an intermediary between decision makers and management teams to track testing performance conduct process mapping and identify internal inefficiencies.
Develop and present effective technical presentations to senior management and to technical/nontechnical audiences; must possess strong written and verbal communications skills.
Skills and Experience: Required:
Bachelors degree or 6 years of experience in Information Systems Engineering Computer Science Engineering Business or other related fields.
Experience with testing processes and a deep knowledge of process management during tech rollouts.
Capable of working individually collaboratively and report to a department head.
Contributes to complex aspects of projects and conduct root cause problem analysis to develop technical solutions.
Desired:
Midlevel experience in the field of Business Process Analysis or related fields with the skills to work independently and seek guidance when needed.
4 years of experience in one or more disciplines of Systems Engineering Computer Science Engineering Business or other related fields.
