Position Summary:
The College of Business and Entrepreneurship at North Greenville University seeks a dynamic and experienced marketing professional with a passion for teaching to join our faculty as an Assistant Associate or Full Professor of Marketing. This unique position emphasizes a blend of academic preparedness and substantial realworld experience in the digital marketing domain. We are seeking a practitionerscholar who can bridge the gap between theory and practice and bring current industry insights and trends into the classroom. The candidate should have extensive and demonstrable professional experience in leading and executing marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a terminal degree (PhD/DBA) in Marketing or a closely related field (or ABD with imminent completion) combined with a proven track record of success in leading and executing digital marketing strategies. A candidate with a masters degree may be considered for appointment as an Instructor if the individual has significant and relevant experience. The ideal candidate will have established connections with industry professionals and organizations providing students with networking and internship opportunities and would be someone who could serve as a liaison between the University and the digital marketing community. Excellent interpersonal organizational and communication skills and the ability to integrate biblical faith in the teaching discipline are essential.

Working Relationships and Work Schedule
This position is a fulltime position with a 12month contract and a ninemonth instructional period. Classes will primarily be taught in person on the Tigerville campus but online undergraduate or online graduate courses may also be part of the teaching load. Marketing faculty members report to the Chair of the Department of Management and Marketing who reports to the Associate Dean for Undergraduate Programs who reports to the Dean of the College of Business and Entrepreneurship.
