Job Description
JM Family is seeking a skilled Welder/Fabricator Technician who excels in meeting production demands by installing repairing and fabricating metal materials. This role requires proficiency in MIG TIG stick and arc welding techniques the ability to interpret blueprints and a deep commitment to safety and quality.
Responsibilities:
Complete work orders in a timely manner ensuring efficient installation repair and fabrication of metal components.
Perform welding tasks using MIG TIG stick and arc welding methods with precision and quality.
Interpret basic blueprints to fabricate and assemble metal parts according to specifications.
Maintain the availability and functionality of necessary tools and materials.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and promptly address any safety concerns.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Welder/Fabricator or similar role.
Proficiency in MIG TIG stick and arc welding techniques.
Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints and technical drawings.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing highquality work.
Ability to work selfreliantly and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
Demonstrated focus on safety and adherence to safety protocols.
