Soprana Rooftop Cucinais the AppalachiameetsAlps style rooftop restaurant featuring brick oven pizza and locally sourced ingredients paired with a curation of craft beer wines and cocktails. Perched atop theEmbassy Suitesin Downtown Asheville guests will enjoy sweeping unobstructed views of the Blue Ridge Mountains in a casual atmosphere worth visiting time and time again. Its an approachable hangout spot for locals and an inventive onlyinAsheville setting for visitors. The restaurant is located at192 Haywood Street Asheville NC 28801.
The Role:
As a Host/Hostess youre not just seating guests youre the ambassador of our rooftop magic setting the stage for an exceptional dining experience.
What Youll Do:
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor ensuring they feel welcome and valued from the moment they arrive.
- Manage reservations seating arrangements and waiting lists efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with the restaurant team to ensure a smooth flow of service.
- Provide guests with accurate information about the restaurant menu and rooftop experience.
- Embrace the challenge of creating memorable first impressions in a dynamic rooftop setting.
- Maintain an organized and wellpresented host stand area.
- Collaborate with the entire team to ensure every guest has a memorable dining journey.
Your Skills and Style:
- Your graciousness shines through you have a natural talent for making guests feel special.
- Poise and professionalism are your hallmarks you thrive in highpressure situations.
- Previous experience as a Host/Hostess or in a similar role is a plus but we welcome candidates with a passion for hospitality.
- You thrive in a fastpaced environment maintaining your welcoming smile under pressure.
- Strong communication skills ensure effective coordination with the restaurant team.
