Job Description
- Develop implement and maintain new management and reporting tools/quantitative models in the context of Financial Risk Management in line with regulatory requirements (e.g. MaRisk EBA guidelines) incl. their documentation and validation
- Contribute to the preparation of the ICAAP and ILAAP (in particular Capital Planning process Risk Bearing Capacity and Stress Testing)
- Contribute to the Daytoday monitoring of market credit and liquidity risks as well as at least quarterly reporting for the overall risk report
- Contribute to various projects e.g. as part of a new product approval process
Qualifications :
- You successfully completed a Bachelors or Masters degree in mathematics physics business administration finance economics or equivalent
- You gained sound risk management experience at a bank investment firm asset manager consulting firm or financial services company and you have knowledge of regulatory issues related to Financial Risks (MaRisk ICAAP/ILAAP EBAGuidelines)
- You have knowledge of financial mathematical/statistical methods and procedures and experience in the design and implementation of financial risk models and processes
- You have practical experience in the implementation using a (statistical) programming language such as Python or similar
- You are able to work in a timesensitive environment and you are able to balance competing priorities
- You have concise verbal and written communication skills in German and English (min. C1 level)
