Oversee and manage the Universitys official social media accounts (Instagram Facebook TikTok Twitter Telegram LinkedIn) ensuring consistent engaging and brandaligned communication.
Write and adapt social media copy tailored to various platforms (e.g. Instagram Facebook LinkedIn Telegram) with attention to tone audience and platformspecific best practices.
Design visually appealing posts and stories using Canva ensuring alignment with the Universitys brand guidelines.
Produce mobile video content (mobilography) for social media including short videos reels and stories that align with campaign goals and enhance audience engagement.
Provide consultation and collaborate with University departments on SMMrelated activities including the preparation of promotional materials to increase brand awareness and promote academic programs.
Qualifications :
Higher professional education preferably from institutions with English as the language of instruction.
Preferred fields of study: Marketing Communications IT or other related disciplines.
Relevant work experience must meet one of the following criteria:
For candidates with a Bachelors/Specialist degree: at least 3 years of professional experience in the specialty or in areas aligned with the functional responsibilities of the position in civil service international and/or national companies;
For candidates with a Masters degree: at least 1 year of professional experience in the specialty or in areas aligned with the functional responsibilities of the position in civil service international and/or national companies.
Experience in SMM.
Preferred experience in internet marketing marketing data analytics CRM systems.
Strong analytical skills.
Experience in organizing and running social media promotion campaigns.
Fluency in English Kazakh and Russian languages.
