Position: PartTime Handyman
Hourly Rate: $18
Hours: 2030 per week
Responsibilities:
Conducting routine maintenance tasks on residential properties
Performing repairs and renovations as needed
Responding promptly to maintenance requests
Ensuring properties are wellmaintained and in compliance with HOA
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Proven experience as a handyman or maintenance worker
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail
Reliable transportation and tools
Availability to work flexible hours as needed
