As a Senior Automation Test Engineer you will work on large and complex programmes with wide ranging technologies that tackle some of the biggest national security challenges.

We are looking to recruit candidates with a passion for quality mentoring and community building. You will be joining highly Agile multidisciplinary teams working in DevOps practices and tools to deliver highquality software. Youll be handson in aiding and implementing test strategies with a strong understanding of the Modern Testing Principles.

Youll have the chance to work on some of the latest and greatest technologies. Our involvement with all engineering disciplines throughout the SDLC places us in a unique position to support the continued sustainment and development of our sovereign defence capabilities.

Our UK Cyber & Intelligence business combines modern software development approaches with a rich heritage and experience in the Defence and security sectors. Our customers have complex and sensitive data and information requirements requiring a mission partner who quickly understands the context delivering and sustaining a portfolio of challenging technology projects at scale and pace supporting them through an ambitious digital transformation programme.

Responsibilities:

• You will work in multiple environments as part of a collaborative and multifunctional team
• Deliver Test capability automated solutions to support mission critical solutions
• Define and execute test activities either independently orwithin a team
• Identify Testing solutions specifically automated solutions to reduce software timetomarket
• Translate business and technical requirements into comprehensive testable scenarios

We are looking for:

• Solid experience of the SDLC agile methodologies/principles and devops tools/techniques
• Track record for delivering quality Automated Test solutions in a fastpaced dynamic Engineering environment
• Excellent problemsolving interpersonal analytical planning and written/verbal communication skills and an aptitude to learn new technologies quickly
• Selfmotivated and able to inspire others in test best practice focused on Quality outcomes
• Experience of working with Test Automation tools/frameworks for varying application layers utilising techniques such as TDD BDD CI/CD
• Degree level qualification or equivalent experience
• ISTQB Certified

You must currently hold the highest level of UK Government clearance.
