Job Description
Pro Rehab an established Rehab company with over 33 years of successful business. We are looking for aFullTime Occupational Therapistto join our staff atBethesda of Willmar a senior care community in Willmar MN. We offer a competitive wage benefits and up to a$10000 bonus paid out over 18 months or tuition reimbursement. New grads are welcome to apply!
40 hours a week Monday through Friday.
Pay Range:$45 $65 / hour depending on experience.
We are accepting OnCall positions as well!
FullTime is eligible for a $10000 bonus.
Occupational Therapist Responsibilities:
- Assess & Evaluate Patients: Conduct evaluations to understand patients physical cognitive and emotional needs affecting daily activities.
- Develop & Implement Treatment Plans: Create personalized intervention programs to improve independence in daily tasks and workrelated functions.
- Provide Therapeutic Activities: Guide patients through exercises adaptive techniques and assistive device training to enhance motor skills and coordination.
- Educate & Support Patients & Families: Provide patient and caregiver education such as but not limited to: coping strategies home modifications and techniques to improve quality of life and independence.
- Monitor Progress & Adjust Plans: Track patient improvements document progress and modify treatment approaches as needed.
- Collaborate with Healthcare Teams: Work with doctors physical therapists and other professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
Occupational Therapist Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate from an Accredited Occupational Therapy Program and have a bachelors degree.
- Must possess a current Accredited MN Occupational Therapy (OTR) License
- Must possess strong knowledge regarding state federal and local regulations as they pertain to longterm care.
- Must be capable of performing the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Must be able to communicate in English both verbally and in writing and possess sufficient communication skills to perform the tasks required.
