The Front Office team are the first smile our guests encounter. In this role you will:
- Lead the Front Office team with care confidence and strong leadership.
- Empower build and develop a high servicefocused team to deliver memorable guest experiences.
- Ensure brand service standards are upheld guest needs are met & profitability maximised.
- Drive a strong loyalty culture across the hotel focusing on recognition rewards & recruitment for our loyalty program
- Focusing on team development to ensure our team are continuously learning and broadening their skills
- Management of the daytoday operations of the Concierge & Front Office teams.
- Maintain strong control over guest ledgers; monitor & understand guest accounts ensure accurate billing & prompt resolution of any discrepancies.
Qualifications :
- 3 years experience in a similar role with experience in a Premium or Luxury Hotel Brand
- Experience leading a team with a strong focus on engagement and developing talent
- You will be professional guest centric innovative flexible and have a true passion for our guest service experience
- Working knowledge of Opera PMS
