FOH Team Member Responsibilities:
- Continually clean workstations dining room and restrooms
- Follow food safety and workplace safety standards at all times
- Work with urgency throughout your shift to serve guests as fast as possible
- Ensure order accuracy from taking the order to bagging and serving it
- Display the Core 4 at all times: Create eye contact speak with a friendly tone share a smile and always say my pleasure
- Deep clean the restaurant regularly following lists and leadership direction
- Take initiative to improve the restaurants culture and processes
- Take all breaks as provided by Leaders in the restaurant
