The ideal candidate will have 67 years of experience in an OEM environment and possess the ability to guide train and support a sales team in achieving targets while ensuring they have a deep understanding of MRO product applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively drive sales by engaging directly with key customers to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Work closely with the sales team to support of sales strategies and drive revenue growth for retention sales teams.
- Provide technical expertise on MRO products to assist the sales team in customer interactions.
- Identify new business opportunities and assist in expanding market reach.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to improve product positioning and sales efficiency.
- Monitor sales performance and provide feedback for improvement.
Key Requirements:
- 67 years of experience in sales within an OEM industrial or MRO product domain.
- Strong technical knowledge of MRO products including tools equipment and industrial consumables.
- Proven experience in leading and managing a sales team with a track record of achieving targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to train and mentor team members effectively.
- Strong problemsolving skills with a handson approach to .
