Job Description
SiteWorker is seeking an experienced Mechanical QA/QC Specialist to join our
team for the Warren Solar project in Franklin KY. The ideal candidate will have a
strong background in pile driving racking installation and module installation
specifically with Nextracker and First Solar components.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Assurance and Quality Control: Ensure all mechanical work complies
with project specifications industry standards and safety regulations.
- Pile Driving: Oversee and inspect the pile driving process to ensure correct
depth alignment and stability.
- Racking Installation: Supervise the installation of Nextracker racking systems
ensuring precise alignment and secure fastening.
- Module Installation: Monitor the installation of First Solar modules ensuring
proper handling alignment and connection.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inspections tests and audits
and prepare detailed reports for project management.
- Problem Resolution: Identify and address any issues or discrepancies in
mechanical installations promptly and effectively.
- Collaboration: Work closely with project managers engineers and other
QA/QC team members to ensure seamless project .
- Safety Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to all safety protocols and
procedures onsite.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in pile driving racking installation (Nextracker) and module
installation (First Solar).
- Strong knowledge of solar project construction and mechanical QA/QC
processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Relevant certifications or training in QA/QC practices and safety regulations.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple tasks
