• Review assigned work orders for accuracy
• Perform refinishing services at various jobsites (commercial and residential)
• Refinish various surfaces including bathtubs tile walls fiberglass enclosures kitchen/bathroom sinks countertops etc.
• Maintain all equipment as necessary and protect customer work areas from overspray or other damage
• Maintain adequate vehicle inventory of standard equipment and supplies
• Drive to customer locations throughout the day
• Communicate with onsite property management and/or maintenance employees
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure quality assurance
• Perform extensive repairs to remove cracks rust chips and other imperfections

• Experience working with an HLVP sprayer or Commercial grade sprayers
• Experience rolling various coatings
• Experience of working with your hands whether thats in construction manufacturing or even a hobby.
• It is helpful but not necessary to have an art background. Understanding color and how to match color is an important part of what we do. If you are color blind than this is not the job for you.
• The training process is extensive so we are only interested in hiring someone who can make at least a 2year commitment.
