Must be a Driver with a full manual license due to service needs.

This role is based within a supported living service located in Wrexham where we provide personalised specialist support to individuals who primarily have learning and/or physical disabilities.

What youll be doing:

• Youll be supporting individuals and promoting their independence to gain confidence living within their homes and also with accessing the community.
• Personal care is required for some individuals.
• You will work to maintain a high level of support thats required for the service needs.
• You will participate in the chosen activities of the people we support and be enthusiastic about their interests.
