The Distribution (Sales) Admin Assistant is responsible for providing comprehensive support for a State General Manager (GM). This role demands strong communication skills when acting as a point of contact for communications both internally and externally. This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate needs think critically and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Reporting to the assigned State GM you will be assisting in supporting the operations for the wider State Distribution team at Lendi Group this fastpaced and varied role will see you accountable for (but not limited to):
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage scheduling calendar coordination and email correspondence for the General Manager (GM).
- Plan and coordinate virtual and inperson events.
- Assist in meeting preparation facilitation and followups.
- Once established in the role proactively anticipate the GMs operational and business needs.
- Engage with internal stakeholders and external vendors via phone and email.
- Ensure timely completion of tasks while maintaining highquality standards.
- Document key instructions and log activities where applicable.
- Perform other duties as required to support the GM and align with the companys vision mission and policies.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree from a fouryear college/university or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience; with calendar management
- Exposure with Western teams is required
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook Excel PowerPoint); experience with Atlassian is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and deliver results.
- Experience engaging with senior leaders.
- Ability to manage short timelines and perform under highpressure situations when needed.
- Vendor management experience (e.g. event planning).
- High adaptability and energy in a fastpaced evolving team environment.
- Strong stakeholder engagement time management and prioritisation skills.
- Prior experience working with an Australian company and a strong understanding of cultural nuances is a plus.
