Notre bureau de Paris situ dans le 8me arrondissement recherche un(e) Secrtaire Juridique (H/F) en CDI pour lun de nos dpartements.
LE POSTE
Vous aurez pour mission dassurer le secrtariat quotidien de lquipe.
La liste cidessous correspond aux principales responsabilits de ce poste:
- Assurer la relecture correction et la mise en forme de documents au format du cabinet en franais et en anglais ;
- Grer quotidiennement les emails les appels tlphoniques les renvois dappel et la prise de messages;
- Planifier et organiser les rendezvous des collaborateurs (gestion des agendas organisation des runions dplacements et des confrences tlphoniques) ;
- Prparer les prsentations sur PowerPoint ;
- Prendre en charge limpression la numrisation les photocopies de documents et la cration de bibles ;
- Traduire de documents juridiques pour lquipe;
- Assurer louverture et suivi de dossiers clients et la cration de matters;
- Grer et suivi de la facturation et notes de frais de lquipe;
- Actualiser la base de donnes clients
- Effectuer le classement et larchivage des dossiers de lquipe.
COMPETENCES REQUISES:
- Bonne maitrise des outils informatiques (Pack Office en particulier Word et Excel)
- Trs bon niveau dAnglais exig
- Rigueur adaptabilit flexibilit
- Gestion du stress et des priorits
