Location: 1001 Plum Valley Ln Highlands Ranch CO 80129
Schedule: Full Time 40 hours per week
Pay Range: $24 $42 per flat rate hour

Schomp Automotive is looking for a seasoned Automotive Technician who loves the German brand MINI and BMW and wants to work for one of the states top MINI dealerships! Those technicians who have different model experience may apply whereas we are dedicated to growing your career and product knowledge. What Youll Do:
As an Automotive Technician / Mechanic you will service vehicles in a timely and proficient manner for routine scheduled and regular maintenance
Youll inspect vehicle engines and mechanical/electrical components to diagnose issues and accurately recommend replacement/repair as needed.
You will work with your team toward achieving dealership group and manufacturer goals and benchmarks.
Youll efficiently and accurately repair or replace broken or dysfunctional parts and fix issues maintaining productivity goals.
What Youll Need:
3 years of fulltime paid experience as a MINI/BMW technician in a professional dealership or automotive service center or BMW STEP program completion or BMW FastTrack program completion.
3 years of all other makes and models experience if not a German brand at a professional dealership or automotive service center.
You should have the ability to work independently with limited supervision and demonstrate the motivation to continually increase your knowledge & technical skills.
You should be a positive team player: our company successes have always been built on mature and dedicated teams who love what they do.
Your own complete and uptodate set of tools.
**You must possess and maintain a valid drivers license and acceptable MVR.**
