As Sales Engineer you will spend 50 of your time focused on account management selling our service products components and projects to our current customers. The other 50 will be dedicated to identifying and developing new opportunities in sectors such as Beverage Dairy Food and Home & Personal Care.
Your Responsibilities:
Account Management: Maintain and enhance relationships with existing customers in the Frenchspeaking part of Belgium ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities to sell additional services components and projects.
New Business Development: Actively prospect and develop new business opportunities in the region targeting customers in the Beverage Dairy Food and Home & Personal Care industries.
Customer Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers ensuring high levels of satisfaction and longterm partnerships.
CrossFunctional Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues in engineering and service teams to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet customer needs.
Field Presence: Regularly visit customers and attend industry events to build strong relationships and stay updated on market trends.
Your Profile / Qualifications
Bachelors degree in a relevant field with a strong technical affinity or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 3 years in sales or account management ideally within the liquid and fermentation technologies or a related sector.
Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
Strong account management abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Proactive mindset with the ability to open new business doors.
Handson mentality with a willingness to work closely with engineering and service teams.
Fluency in Dutch French and English is required.
A customerfocused approach combined with a drive to develop new business opportunities.
