About the Role

As the Store Manager youll be the heart and soul of your team empowering them to:

• Lead and inspire a team that delivers toptier performance and exceptional customer service.
• Own the Trek brand and create unforgettable experiences for our customers.
• Drive store results by meeting sales margin and inventory goals.
• Lead visual merchandising operational excellence and store process optimization.
• Set and achieve weekly monthly and annual goals aligned with store strategy and financial targets.

• Proven Leadership: Youve led and developed teams in retail environments and delivered exceptional results.

• Retail Expertise: 4 years of retail experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
