Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Operation Executive to join our team in Andheri. As a Juniorlevel position this fulltime role requires 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. The Operation Executive will play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of our supply chain and logistics processes contributing to the overall success of our company. The ideal candidate will have excellent supply chain management skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with teams.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in operations or a related field.
- Ability to manage supply chain processes and improve their efficiency (Mandatory skill).
- Proficiency in arranging transportation and managing logistics operations (Mandatory skill).
- Experience in coordinating with warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of products (Mandatory skill).
- Strong project management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Data analysis skills for interpreting and utilizing information to optimize operations.
- Expertise in inventory management to track and control stock levels effectively.
- Process optimization skills to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Ability to manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with company standards.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure seamless logistics and supply chain processes.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team to monitor stock levels and manage inventory effectively.
- Arranging transportation services for timely and costeffective delivery of products.
- Analyze data to develop insights and recommendations to optimize operational performance.
- Work with vendors to negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of operations.
- Assist in project management to achieve operational objectives within timelines.
- Maintain open communication channels with crossfunctional teams to support organizational goals.
- Effective communication skills to facilitate coordination across different departments.
- Act as a liaison to ensure alignment of goals and activities within the organization.
