Job Description:
A wholesale company is seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team and play a key role in our human resources department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting and sourcing along with comprehensive knowledge of HR best practices laws policies and employee relations. If you are a skilled HR professional with a passion for recruiting and a strong understanding of HR practices and policies this may be your calling!
Responsibilities:
- Lead the recruitment and sourcing efforts to attract top talent
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Ensure compliance with HR best practices laws and company policies
- Maintain and update the employee handbook and HR policies
- Handle employee relations and disciplinary actions
- Conduct interviews reference checks and background screenings
- Track and report on recruitment metrics and performance
Requirements:
- Proven experience in HR recruiting and sourcing
- Indepth knowledge of HR best practices laws and regulations
- Experience with employee relations and disciplinary processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in using recruitment platforms
- Ability to develop and implement effective recruiting strategies
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred
