Job Summary:
The Customer Service Representative will serve as the first point of contact for customers assisting with inquiries resolving complaints and providing information about our products and services. The ideal candidate will be bilingual (spanish) have excellent communication skills a problemsolving mindset and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls emails and chats with professionalism and efficiency.
- Provide accurate information regarding products services and company policies.
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Process orders returns and exchanges.
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in the companys database.
- Escalate complex issues to higherlevel support or relevant departments.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved and provide feedback.
- Meet or exceed service quality and productivity standards.
- Continuously update knowledge about products services and promotions.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance customer service skills.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual (Spanish)
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a customer service role 1 years preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail and problemsolving ability.
